Abstract
Abstract:
This study aims at identifying the impact of using artificial intelligence (AI) tools on improving the quality of services provided to the elderly. The study adopted the descriptive–analytical approach and employed a questionnaire as the main data collection tool, which was administered to a purposive sample of 30 workers. The findings of the study revealed that the application of AI tools has a strong and significant positive impact on enhancing service quality. In contrast, both knowledge of and attitudes toward artificial intelligence showed a positive but statistically insignificant impact. Overall, the findings indicate that the implementation of AI tools contributes substantially to improving the quality of services for the elderly, whereas the attitudes toward AI demonstrate a positive yet statistically insignificant influence on service quality.
