Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines for Submitting to the Journal

Publication Policy:

 1. The journal accepts submissions exclusively through its official online system.

 2. Each manuscript is reviewed by the Managing Editor to check for plagiarism (must not exceed 20%) and ensure it aligns with the journal’s methodology. It is then forwarded to a member of the editorial board to evaluate its suitability for peer review or rejection if it violates publishing ethics. This process takes up to 7 working days from the date of submission.

 3. If the paper is not approved for peer review, the author will be notified within 15 days. The journal is not obligated to explain the reasons for rejection.

 4. The manuscript is sent to two peer reviewers, with a review deadline of 20 days from the date of assignment.

 5. If a reviewer delays, they are granted a 10-day extension. The editorial board reserves the right to assign the manuscript to another reviewer.

 6. If the two reviews conflict, a third reviewer is assigned to make the final decision, adding an extra 15 days to the process.

 7. After receiving reviewers’ feedback, the author must submit revisions within 15 days.

 8. Once revisions are completed, the manuscript is sent for language proofreading, which must not exceed 10 days.

 9. After proofreading, the Managing Editor reviews the issue content, followed by the Editor-in-Chief, who makes the final decision on publication based on the issue schedule.

Author Instructions:

 1. Manuscripts must be original and of high academic and linguistic quality.

 2. Manuscripts must not be part of a previously published work. The author must submit a signed declaration confirming the manuscript has not been published or submitted elsewhere.

 3. If the manuscript is derived from an academic thesis, it must include substantial modifications and new scientific contributions. An electronic copy of the thesis must be attached, and the manuscript should clearly state its origin on the first page.

 4. Manuscripts must be between 15 and 25 pages, including figures, tables, images, and references. Appendices are added after the reference list but are not published (used only for peer review).

 5. The author’s name or any identifying information must not appear in the manuscript to ensure anonymous peer review.

 6. Authors must accurately complete the publication request form available on the journal’s website.

 7. The journal accepts submissions only via its online platform for all stages: submission, review, and revision.

 8. Manuscripts must be linguistically accurate and follow proper punctuation rules.

 9. Authors must adhere to the journal’s formatting and publishing ethics guidelines.

 10. Authors will be informed of the review outcome by receiving a summary of reviewers’ comments in case of acceptance or a formal rejection if not accepted. This will occur within two working weeks of receiving the reviewers’ reports.

 11. Authors must revise manuscripts based on reviewers’ comments. If the author has objections, a written clarification must be submitted. The final decision rests with the editorial board.

 12. Final revised versions must be submitted within two weeks of receiving the revision request.

 13. Authors are not allowed to withdraw their manuscripts once the review process has started. If they insist, they must pay reviewer compensation fees (for two reviewers).

 14. Authors may not request changes to their name or title after publication.

 15. Upon request, an acceptance letter may be issued once peer-review comments are addressed and editorial approval is obtained. A publication certificate is available upon publication.
